Job Responsibilities: •Fulfilling general duties, including but not limited to, showroom sales, phone sales, order entry, price quotations, loading/unloading trucks, shipping and receiving of parts and equipment, stocking of products in the showroom and warehouse. •Promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our dealer network and mechanical contractors. •Working closely with CGL departments and outside vendors. •Utilizing positive communication skills. •Providing superior customer service to our customers. Requirements: •2+ years in HVAC industry. •Able to lift 70 pounds. •Self-motivated with organizational skills •Experience in MS Office, especially Word and Excel •High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Skills: •Experience working with contractors and dealers, especially in the residential and/or commercial HVAC industry. •Knowledge of a distribution environment with counter experience. •Ability to work with Infor SX, SAP, and other ERP business systems. Background check, pre-employment physical and drug screen are required.
