Training Objective:
Technicians today need “new” skills to install, troubleshoot, and service today’s single zone and Multi-Zone Ductless Split Systems. This hands-on training in CGL’s new Madison Height’s Training facility will teach the proper tools and techniques to install and service DLS systems and products. We will cover the Mid-Tier Performance Series Product with an indepth analysis of product features, functions, and DLS applications.

Application and equipment selection
1) Single Zone 1:1 equipment line up
2) Multi-Zone 1:2 – 1:9 Equipment offerings
3) Residential Mini VRF (Heat Pump)
4) Residential Single Phase VRF (H/P or Heat Recovery)
5) Proper Equipment Selection based on the customers’ needs / expectations
6) Proper Application of DLS / VRF Systems
7) Why equipment sizing is still important – even with variable compressors
8) Fixed capacity vs Variable speed considerations
9) Sales Tools / Mobile Appss

Classes are NOT subject to refunds. Cancellations of pre-registered attendees must be made 48 hours (2 days) prior to scheduled class to avoid being charged except as noted above for Ohio classes.
“No shows / no cancel” will be billed the full cost of the class. Carrier Great Lakes reserves the right to cancel a class without prior notice if minimum enrollment is not met.
