• Create a new system
• Start-up a typical i-Vu Pro system
• Perform advanced system and network troubleshooting

Setting up the laptop:
• Connect laptop to Ethernet port
• Verify laptop IP address
• Upload TruVu MPC

Review a Sequence of Operation:
• List and name network Microblocks

Discover Third Party Device:
• Use the BACnet Discovery Tool built into Field Assistant
• Discover the 3rd Party device
• Discover BACnet points associated with controller

Build a control program
• Create equipment

Edit control program:
• Add control points to fit the sequence of operations

Address the network Microblocks:
• Use the third party address tool to define BACnet addresses

Complete the program:

i-Vu Pro:
Creating a system database
• Start SiteBuilder
• Create a new system (job) database in SiteBuilder
• Install the latest cumulative patch

Setting up IP network communications:
• Set a controller’s custom UP address
• Change the router configuration
• Prepare the local server for communications
• Run the i-Vu Pro server

Setup a BACnet/IP connection in the i-Pro interface:
